RN Clinic
● About Facility:
o 313 S Main St, Cedar Grove, WI 53013
● General Information:
o Exam rooms: 6
▪ Census? Average patients/day? 2 providers – each see 18-23 patients/day
o Minimum Years of Experience? 2 years of clinic experience; family medicine experience helpful
o Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes
● Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
o Peds (experience preferred) to Geriatrics: Comprehensive preventive care, such as annual physical exams and vaccinations; diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses and chronic diseases
● Patient Ratios:
o N/A
● Required Licensure & Certifications:
o BLS
● Skills required:
o Triaging, medication refills, handle phone calls, In Basket messaging, EKG, injections, able to help with rooming patients when needed
● Support within the Department:
o MA
o Providers
o Front desk staff
● Technology/Equipment:
o EMR: EPIC - required
● Floating: If yes, where?
o May float to Sheboygan Falls (5 miles away), Howard's Grove (16 miles away) or between Sheboygan Falls and Howard's Grove (5 miles between the two locations)
o Will know if floating 1 week in advance, or day of depending on call-outs
● Orientation (facility and unit) :
o Up to 1 week, based on comfort level
● Scheduling:
o Weekend rotation: No weekends
o On call? No call
o Holiday Expectations: Closed on Christmas and New Year's Day
o Clinical Interviewing Services participants only : RTO: As part of our program, we approve up to 7 days of RTO, if the traveler is willing to extend their contract to accommodate. Are you comfortable with this? Yes, up to 7 days allowed
o Shift times: M-F 0745-1715
