The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Weekends: rotating General Information Tell us about the unit(s):

• Number of Beds -24
• Number of Staff – 26
• Type of staff: 1 charge, 4 RN's, 1 clerk during day. no PCT's at night
• Patient Ratios – 3:1 and 4:1, occasionally 2:1 depending on acuity
• Type of equipment -
• EMR – Meditech and CPN
• Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) –Yes

Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• BLS

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Previous L/D or Ante experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Non stress tests, hyperemesis management, insulin drips
• Magnesium administration, heparin drips

Best personality Fit:

• Teamwork oriented
• Good communication skills

Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
