Med/Surg Tele RN

Facility: South Pointe Hospital, Cleveland, OH
Offer Type: Auto Offer – 36 Hours

Assignment Details

Day shifts (3 × 12‐hour shifts per week)
Traveler must work at least every other holiday
PBDS Assessment waived
ECG rhythm recognition test & SafeMedicate completed during orientation (acceptable score required)

Requirements

Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
At least 18 months PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience
Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand
AHA BLS & ACLS certifications
