Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment in Bala Cynwyd, PA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patient physical conditions and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery plans
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and EMR charting
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum 2year of recent Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Experience in rehabilitation or outpatient settings preferred
