Description

Call needs: 1weekend and one night a week.
Unit Information: PACU Location: Next to OR Address: 900 8 th Ave Fort Worth TX, 76104 Floor: 2 nd Floor Building: Main Hospital General Information Tell us about the unit(s):
  • Number of Beds - 26
  • Number of Staff – Varies
  • Type of staff:
    • Day Shift - Charge and usually a float nurse
    • Night Shift – Closed on call is 2 PACU nurses
  • Patient Ratios – 1:2
  • Type of equipment -
  • EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
  • ICU
  • PACU
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
  • Experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
  • General; Neuro; Oncology; Orthopedics; Vascular. All types of surgical procedures
Best personality Fit:
  • Easy going and pleasant.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
  • None but of course ACLS
Floating Area(s):
  • Day Surgery
Dress Code :
  • Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue or Hospital Scrubs
Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
  • ASPAN Guidelines.
Weekends and On call (if any)
  • On call only
