Unit Specifics:
- Number of Beds : 32
- Patient Ratios : 2:1
- Unit staffing description :
- Student nurse externs available as techs
- Unit secretary available M-F 0730-1530
- Type of equipment : Hill-Rom beds, Phillips telemetry monitors
- Documentation system: Meditech
- Scheduling requirements: 4 week schedules (3-4 weekend shifts required per scheduling period)
- Floating policy: Float as needed to units where needed depending on unit census
- Patient Experience requirements: None specific

- Certifications: BLS
Hiring profile
Requested Skill Set:
Must have: Cardiac experience, strong critical care experience
Advanced skills needed: PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring; IABP; Impella; CRRT preferred
Procedures performed on unit: Central line insertion, swan insertion; intubations
Certifications Required: ACLS
Dress Code:
- Scrubs (galaxy blue, red, black); scrub jackets or vests only
