- Number of Beds - 26
- Number of Staff –
- Type of staff:
- Day Shift – 1 Charge RN, 7-8 RN's and 1 LC
- Night Shift – 1 Charge RN, 6-7 RN's
- Patient Ratios – 1:3, 1:4, estimated never guaranteed
- Type of equipment -
- EMR – Meditech / CPN
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Minimum 1-year current Mother/Baby acute care hospital experience
- BLS & NRP
- Lactations experience
- Transitions experience
- Circumcisions
- Education of newborn parents on safety, nurturing and health of baby
- Compassionate, caring, patient, friendly and can-do attitude
- Patient care experience is a priority
