General Comments Unit Information: Acute Inpatient Rehab Location: CJW Johnston-Willis Hospital Address:1401 Johnston Willis Drive Floor: 5th Building: Main General Information Tell us about the unit(s):

Number of Beds - 44
Number of Staff – 46
Type of staff:
- Day Shift – 1 charge out of staffing, RN's and LPNs and tech and 1 secretary
- Night Shift - 1 charge with patients rn's LPNs and techs
Patient Ratios – 5-6:1 tech ratios 10-15:1
Type of equipment – Hoyer lifts, ivs, pegs, trachs, PD and wound care
EMR - yes
