Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical (Acute Neuro Unit)
Location: 450 Northside Cherokee Boulevard, Canton, GA 30115
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Nights | 3x12s | 36 Hours/Week
Shift Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg RN experience within specialty
- Active AHA BLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- ACLS certification required
Job Details
- Department: 612C Acute Neuro Unit – Med Surg RN
- Unit cares for patients in the following specialties:
- Neurosurgery
- Neurology
- Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Surgery
- General Surgery
- Patient population includes:
- Patients recovering from acute illnesses or surgery
- Ambulatory patients able to provide partial self-care
- Bedridden patients requiring total care and continuous assessment
