Day Shift – 1 Charge RN, 7-8 RN s and 1 LC
Night Shift – 1 Charge RN, 6-7 RN s
Patient Ratios – 1:3, 1:4, estimated never guaranteed

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum 1-year current Mother/Baby acute care hospital experience
BLS & NRP
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Lactations experience
Transitions experience

Circumcisions
Education of newborn parents on safety, nurturing and health of baby
