DO NOT SUB MLT
SHIFT- NIGHTS- 9p-7am weekdays & 7p-7a on weekends
7 on 7 off
NO CALL
FLOATING REQUIRED

NO BLOCK SCHEDULING
NO 48 HOUR

MUST INCLUDE RTO AND START DATE WITH EVERY SUBMISSION
RTO - HOLIDAYS ROTATED
MAX RTO - 10 HOURS

REQUIREMENTS:
ASCP or equivalent
Required Blood Bank advanced Chem and Hematology
2 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED / 5 PREFERRED
SCRUBS - ANY EXCEPT TEAL
EMR - Medhost in transition to Cerner Blood Bank is Cerner
