need ASAP start. Assignment for 13-16 weeks.

CVOR RN:
Shift is 4 x10 days (0645-1715) or 3x12 days (0645-1915).
With one/two 12H  weekday calls - 1900-0715 and usually only one during the week unless short staffed.
Must be flexible with schedule to meet the needs of the unit and patient care.
Then one full weekend of call every 5 weeks.

Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.

Requirements:
• BLS required, CNOR preferred
• Prior travel experience required
• Must have general experience
• Large (500 beds), academic, teaching hospital experience required
• A minimum of 2 years OR RN experience with recent experience and high competency in cardio vascular/open heart OR
• May be required to float to other OR suites (general, ortho, neuro, ENT, etc) - if floated then you will be circulating, but not required to scrub
• Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable

Additional Information:
• IVS to OFFER
• Monday to Sunday
• No block schedules for any reason
• Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 7/13
• Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained
• This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit
