· Number of Staff – 2-4 per suite

o Day Shift – all day shift, then call coverage
o Night Shift -
· Patient Ratios – 1:1
· Type of equipment – Endoscopy, Bronchoscopy
· EMR – Meditech, Provation

· Bronchoscopy, Super D Navigated Bronchoscopy

· BLS
