Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehabilitation Unit
Location: Wilmington Hospital, 501 West 14th Street, Wilmington, DE 19801
Start Date: June 16, 2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Schedule: 36 Hours per Week (3x12s)
Unit Information
Department: Center for Rehabilitation
- Recent EPIC experience required
- Minimum 2 years of Rehabilitation nursing experience required (no exceptions)
- Float required to areas within acuity level
- Auto Offer Position
Requirements
- Active Delaware RN License or Compact RN License in hand at time of submission
- RN License number and expiration date
- List of all certifications with expiration dates
- Full SSN, DOB, and current address
- All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted with the initial application
- Maximum of 3 days RTO
- Requests submitted after application will not be considered
Schedule Requirements
- Every other holiday required
- Every third weekend required
- No block scheduling permitted
Facility Policies
- Travel RNs are not authorized to work overtime shifts.
- Incidental overtime is not permitted.
- Staff are expected to take scheduled meal breaks; missed meal periods will not be approved for additional compensation.
- In the event of a code, rapid response, or significant patient event near shift change, nurses are expected to provide a timely handoff and coordinate with leadership to ensure safe patient care while minimizing overtime.
