Floating Requirements: Yes to Inpatient Rehab and (possibly) Baldwin if willing

AHN has over 4,500 employees and a medical staff of approximately 700 physicians. As the second largest hospital in Georgia, it is licensed for 637 beds, including pediatrics, medical surgical, trauma and cardiac surgery.

Department Information:
o Census: Average patients/day:  6-9 Patients per therapist per day.
o Minimum Years of Experience required? Prefer 1 year of relevant experience
o Will you accept a first-time traveler: Yes, with relevant experience

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
o CVA, amputee, orthopedics, debility, spinal cord, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, fractures

Required License, National Certification, Certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:
o Licensed in the state of Georgia, BLS

Skills required:
o Ability to treat above common diagnoses and work independently with minimal oversight.

Support within the Department:
o Other seasoned therapists, rehab techs, and therapy manager

Technology/Equipment:
o EMR: EPIC

Floating: If yes, where: 
o In between floors/units

Orientation (facility and unit):
o NEO
o 2-4 days departmental (depending on relevant experience)
