• Number of Beds – 48 private rooms, 27 hallway stretchers, 9 Fast track, 5 behavioral health
• Number of Staff – 111
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – Charge 11, additional mid-shifts (9a,11a,1p,3p). 2 PCTs, 1 Paramedic, 1 LVN
  • Night Shift – Same as above
• Patient Ratios – 1:4 ED, 1:5 BH, 1:3 cardiac/trauma
• Type of equipment – Alaris pumps, Belmont and Level 1 Rapid infusers, Stryker stretchers
• EMR – MEDITECH
• Permanent Positions on Unit? (Y/N) – Y

Skill Set Most recruited for:  (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

 

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

•  ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

•  Meditech experience
•  Trauma experience
• Holding inpatient experience
• CPI

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):  

•  Splinting, EKGs, central monitoring, trauma assists, central lines, airway support, behavioral health de-escalation, morgan lens, rapid infuser, resuscitation
