2 Years of Hosp. experience
Must have In-Patient Rehab and/or Hospital Experience
Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first) Experience with the following:
2-3 Years of experience in Rehab and/or acute hospital.
Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (PT)
Active OT License – no Temp License allowed
In-patient Rehab Occupational Therapy – neuro and ortho patient evaluations & treatments
Acute (Ortho, Tele and ICU) evaluations & treatments
Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
Clean and Healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc.
hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed.Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab.
Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
– Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited. This includes nose rings, tongue rings, etc.
May float to ante/gyn
The company wide attendance policy will be followed.
