Family Medicine Practice RN
Submission Requirements:
Up to date resume that includes 1 year(s) of experience in Med Surg/ Telemetry. Travel experience highly preferred.
2 recent Manager/Supervisor references in matching specialty.
Skills Checklist matching specialty.
Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics.
NURSYS verification report pulled within the last week showing ACTIVE MA RN license; must show ALL licenses (past or present).
AHA BLS is required.
Flu vaccine required during season.
RTO must be included at time of submission; it will not be guaranteed after confirmation.
EMR Experience Required: EPIC
