· Number of Beds - 20
· Number of Staff – 54 total full time, part time, PRN, RNs, tech's, manager, PT, OT, ST, therapy tech's
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 1 CNC, 2-3 RN, 1 tech
o Night Shift – 1CNC 2-3 RN, 1 tech
· Patient Ratios – 4-6
· Type of equipment – Hoyer(s), WCs, RW, Rollator, nustep, light gait, hospital beds, bed/chair alarms, oxygen tanks, pulse oximeters, Blood pressure machines
· EMR – Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· Occupational Therapist License State of Texas
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· Inpatient Rehabilitation experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Occupational Therapy evaluations
· Daily Treatments
Best personality Fit:
· Good time management
· Good interpersonal skills
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
· Occupational Therapy License state of Texas active and unrestricted
Floating Area(s):
· Possible to acute care or outpatient if needed
Dress Code:
· Scrub Color/Attire - standard HCA navy blue
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
· IPR Facility weekend Staffin for PT, OT, and SLP policy attached

· Attendance and Tardiness Policy attached
· Certification Verification and Renewal Policy attached
Weekends and On call(if any)
· Prefer schedule Tuesday through Saturday days
· Possible to do alternating weekends
