· Number of Beds – Whole hospital
· Number of Staff – 8-9 dayshifts
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift
· Patient Ratios – 7:1
· Type of equipment – Crossvent, Airvo, Bunnell Jet, Drager VN500, Hamilton G5, Evolve Nitric Oxide, pneuton, Oscillator A.
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· Candidate must be able to have NICU and PICU experience
Level 3 NICU experience or pediatric critical care experience. Adult only will not work.
· NRP and delivery experience
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· PALS
· Adult experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Intubations, surfactant administration
· Delivery experience
Best personality Fit:
· Fast learned
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
· NRP, PALS, ACLS, BLS
Floating Area(s):
· Adult ICU, Floors, Level 2 NICU, Level 3 NICU, Level 4 NICU, PICU, PEDI
Dress Code:
· Scrub Color/Attire - Gray monogramed scrubs
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
· Time and Attendance enforced must be clocked in and ready for report no later than 6:37 am / 18:37 pm
Weekends and On call(if any)
4 weekend shifts required per four week schedule.
