Description

Job Title: Social Worker
Social Worker - EPIC experience is Required!
Shift: M-F 8:00a-4:30p
LCSW preferred, CANS required
LICSW credentialing with CHA can take up to 2months start date will apply based on this process

ideally looking for someone with experience working in different settings - Travel Highly Preferred
Looking for someone with applicable experience (working with substance use disorders)
All SUD related diagnoses (most common AUD) and dual diagnosis
shift: M-F 8:00a-4:30p
WILL ACCEPT LOCALS WITHIN 50 MILES - Local Rate will apply: $## less than posted rate
MA Licensed social work license (LCSW) in state of MA
Must be CANS Certified at time of submittal

Job Description:
Unit: Behavioral Health - Bridge Clinic (ambulatory clinic)
patients 18
Shift: Days (8:00a-4:30p) (NO block scheduling)
Charge Capability: Highly Preferred
Floating Required: No
Uniform: Business Casual
Must have acute care experience
Must work every other major holiday
Flu vaccine required during season
One Week of Orientation

Submission Requirements:
Up to date resume that includes 2 year(s) of Social Work experience. Also, must document travel experience. First time travelers will be considered
Masters degree in social work (MSW).
MA Licensed social work license (LCSW).
AHA BLS Required
2 recent Manager/Supervisor references matching specialty
Skills Checklist matching specialty
Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
RTO must be included at time of submission; it will not be guaranteed after confirmation.
EMR Exp Preferred): EPIC
Will accept previous travelers and FT employees, must be sent for review
