Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Covering Chester and Philadelphia, PA. Office: Bala Cynwyd, PA

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment based in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. The therapist will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients within the designated coverage areas and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and professional standards of practice.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Minimum of one year of recent Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

• Day shift schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
• 13-week contract assignment with potential extension based on facility needs and performance.
