RN – Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)
📍 Christiana Hospital – Newark, DE
Assignment Overview- Location: Newark, Delaware
- Contract Length: 12 Weeks
- Start Date: July 7, 2026
- End Date: September 26, 2026
- Schedule: 12-Hour Day Shifts
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
- Call Requirement: None
- Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd Weekend
- Holiday Requirement: Every Other Holiday
- Interview Process: Auto Offer (CVICU List A)
- Active Delaware RN License or Compact RN License
- Minimum 2 years of recent CVICU experience
- Recent Epic EMR experience required
- Must provide:
- RN License Number & Expiration Date
- Certifications with Expiration Dates
- All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be submitted with initial application
- Maximum 3 days RTO permitted
- Unit: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)
- Charting System: Epic
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue
- Open Heart Surgery Recovery
- Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) Patients
- Valve Repair & Valve Replacement Recovery
- Acute Myocardial Infarction (MI)
- Cardiogenic Shock
- Advanced Heart Failure
- Post-Cardiac Surgery Patients
- Hemodynamically Unstable Patients
