Shift will be either 7-3:30 OR 8-4:30
Unit Information: (insert name) Location: Medical City Dallas Address: 7777 Forest Lane Floor: 4 Building: E General Information Tell us about the unit(s):
- Number of Beds – 899
- Number of Staff – acute care average at 7 need to be at 14 gap of 7. IRU 4 gap of 3
- Type of staff X Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)
- Patient Ratios (ESTIMATED)– 1 therapist 12-14 pts
- Type of equipment -
- EMR - Meditech
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Acute care experience
- Inpatient Rehab acute care/ SNF
- ICU
- Wound care
- Evaluation and treatments
- Positive/ Collaborative/ Proactive with communication
- BLS
- Rehab and acute
- Scrub Color/Attire - Hunter green
- Dress Code- Nail policy no fake nails, no dips/no gels, must be cut.
- Weekends rotation at least 2 weekend days in 4 week block schedule. Holiday shift too.
