Shift will be either 7-3:30 OR 8-4:30

Number of Beds – 899
Number of Staff – acute care average at 7 need to be at 14 gap of 7. IRU 4 gap of 3
Type of staff X Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)

Patient Ratios (ESTIMATED)– 1 therapist 12-14 pts
Type of equipment -
EMR - Meditech

Acute care experience
Inpatient Rehab acute care/ SNF

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Scrub Color/Attire - Hunter green

Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

Dress Code- Nail policy no fake nails, no dips/no gels, must be cut.

Weekends and On call(if any)

Weekends rotation at least 2 weekend days in 4 week block schedule. Holiday shift too.
