• Number of Beds -8
• Number of Staff – 3
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) 2RN and 1 PCT
  • Night Shift – 2RN and 1 PCT
• Patient Ratios – 1:4
• Type of equipment – EKG, bipap/cpap, heated high flow, cardiac respiratory monitor
• EMR - Meditech

Typical hiring profile
Must have :  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital PCU experience
• ALS, BLS & NIH
• Dysrhythmia interpretation

Preferred or nice to have :  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• BSN
• Leadership such as relief charge

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):   

•  Cardiac monitoring, medication management and respiratory support
•  Post surgical care and blood transfusions
