• Contract Length: 12 Weeks
• Start Date: July 7, 2026
• End Date: September 26, 2026
• Shift: 12-Hour Nights
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
• Interview Process: Auto Offer (PCU List C)

• Active Delaware RN License or Compact RN License required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU experience required (no exceptions).
• Recent Epic EMR experience required.
• Must provide:
  • RN License Number and Expiration Date
  • Current certifications with expiration dates
• All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be submitted with the initial application.
• Maximum 3 days RTO permitted.
• No block scheduling available.

• 12-hour Night Shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Every Other Holiday required.
• Every 3rd Weekend required.
• Must be willing to float to units with similar patient acuity as needed.

• Unit: 3C Medical Progressive Care Unit
• Charting System: Epic
• Travelers will provide patient care while permanent staff attend Epic training.

• Progressive Care (Step-Down) Medical Patients
• Cardiac Monitoring Patients
• Respiratory Compromise
• Sepsis
• Pneumonia
• Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
• Diabetes Complications
• Acute Kidney Injury (AKI)
• Patients requiring frequent assessments and continuous cardiac monitoring
