Day Shift/Night Shift – (1 CNC, 14-17 RNs, 1 unit coordinator)
Patient Ratios – 2:1, 1:1
Type of equipment – Incubators; radiant warmers, continuous cardiorespiratory monitoring, High Frequency Oscillating Ventilation, Jet Ventilation, Servo ventilation, tracheostomy, high-flow nasal cannula, NIPPV, central lines, PIVs, Foley catheters, titrated medications, continuous medications, intermittent IV/PO medications, chest tubes, Arctic Sun.
EMR – Neonatal Notes Manager, Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum 1-year current acute care NICU level IV Hospital experience
BLS, NRP & PALS
Level IV NICU experience required
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
PICU experience for floating
Post-surgical care experience

Intubation
Central line placement
PIV insertion
Therapeutic hypothermia
Lab draws
Sepsis screening
Gastric tube placement
Circumcisions
ROP exams
