• Number of Beds – 22 OR's ; Not a trauma hospital
• Number of Staff – 80
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Staff to run 22 OR's.  One team in house at all times. 
  • Night Shift – 1 Team in house 24/7
• Patient Ratios – 1:1
• Type of equipment – Robotics, Cardiac, Vascular, Neuro, Spine, Oncology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology, GYN
• EMR – Meditech
• Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) – Y; surgical technicians, Night Shift Weekend

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for:  (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)  CST's and RN – night weekend

 

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

•  Certification is a MUST for CST's
• Neuro/Spine experience
• For Cardiac Service line – MUST have CARDIAC experience

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Multiple service lines; ortho, neuro, general, robotic  
•  

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):  

•  Appy's, Chole's, Spine fusion, Total Joints, Crani's, Mastectomies, DIEP Flaps
