Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Cardiac Imaging
Rochester, NYAssignment Details- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Occasional Extended Hours: Some procedures may continue until 4:30 PM EST
- On-Call: None
- Weekend Requirement: None
- Location: 140 Canal View Boulevard, Rochester, NY 14623
- Perform advanced Nuclear Cardiology imaging procedures in a high-volume cardiac imaging laboratory.
- Provide exceptional patient-centered care while producing high-quality diagnostic images.
- Collaborate with cardiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implementation of new imaging technologies while maintaining compliance with NYSDOH regulations and departmental standards.
- Minimum 2 years of recent Nuclear Medicine experience
- Minimum 6 months of Cardiac Imaging experience
- Active New York State Radiologic Technologist License
- NMTCB certification or ARRT (N) certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Medicine from an accredited program.
- Experience performing advanced cardiac nuclear medicine procedures in a hospital or academic medical center.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, nuclear imaging protocols, radiation safety, and quality assurance procedures.
