Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Travel Assignment

Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: 1200 Northside Forsyth Drive, Cumming, GA 30041
Department: BHS Hospital Based (Job ID: 748F)
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

Schedule

Shift: Evenings
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent hospital-based social work experience
Active LCSW license in the State of Georgia
Current AHA BLS certification

Additional Information

Local candidates are not accepted if residing within 50 miles of the facility.
