Shift: 7/10 hrs weekdays/weekends
Call Requirements
Weekends: weekend rotation pending utilization during the week, 1-2 weekend days/4 weeks General Information Tell us about the unit(s):
- Number of Beds – 64IPR; 400 bed acute, full OP services, neuro experience required
- Number of Staff – 160
- Type of staff:
- Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)
- Night Shift -
- Patient Ratios – 75% direct patient care/8 hr shift
- Type of equipment -
- EMR –
- Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) – 2 PT vacancies in IPR, 1 PT vacancy in OP; 1 PT vacancy in acute
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Neuro background – SCI, BI, in addition to stroke rehab
- Experience in multiple settings Acute, IPR, OP settings
- Ability to transition between multiple programs on any given day
- Understanding of IPR post-acute guidelines; utilization of CARE tool assessment
- Follow schedule provided, coordinate with interdisciplinary team, demonstrate ability to meet productivity standard.
- Good time management
- Organized, friendly and able to engage with staff, team oriented, effective with communication and collaboration.
