Travel Mammographer
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13wks
Shift: M-F 8a-4:30p

Required: FL Rad Tech license, ARRT Mammography certification, BLS, minimum 1 yrs recent mammography exp.

Reminder: AHCA required for FL placements.
Must have secured housing at time of acceptance

The Mammography Technologist is a graduate of an accredited AMA school, maintains state license as a general radiographer and is registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) in Mammography. The Mammography Technologist responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the performance of basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services. The Mammography Technologist demonstrates proficiency on routine mammography procedures including but not limited to screening and diagnostic mammography, needle localization and specimen imaging.
