Clinical Nurse I – Home Health / Hospice

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse I (Registered Nurse) to provide high-quality patient care in Home Health and/or Hospice settings. The ideal candidate will have strong acute clinical nursing experience, home health expertise, and the ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Required Experience

Home Health

• Minimum 2 years of acute clinical nursing experience.
• Clinical home health care experience is required.

Hospice

• Minimum 2 years of acute clinical nursing experience or home health experience.

Preferred Experience

• Previous hospice nursing experience.

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher from an accredited nursing program.

Required Certifications & Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable, insured vehicle in good working condition, meeting state and organizational requirements.
