Chronic diseases, wound care, IV, pleurx, wound vac
Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:
Driver's License and proof of Insurance required for all positions
PT: BLS; State Licensure required
Skills required:
Charting experience with Homecare Homebase is required (no exceptions), IV, pleurx, wound vac, wound care, assessment, disease teaching, OASIS
Experience with geriatric/Adult, chronic disease management, maintenance notes.
