📋 Travel Respiratory Therapist (RRT / CRT)

Location: Marinette, WI

Facility: Level III Trauma Center | 99 Beds

Shift: 12-Hour Nights (1800 – 0630) | 36 Hours/Week

Orientation: 1 Shift (focused on hospital flow)

💼 Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment covering the whole hospital. You will be treating a diverse patient population ranging from neonates to geriatrics. The unit is well-supported with 2 RTs on shift at all times and a 24/7 House Supervisor.

⚙️ Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience. First-time travelers will be considered upon review.

• Credentials: CRT or RRT required.

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.

• Health Compliance: COVID-19 vaccination is required.

• Clinical Interview: Yes, required.

🛠️ Required Skills & Equipment

Candidates must be competent in assisting with intubations, ventilator management, nebulizers, BiPAP/CPAP, and ABG collection.

• EMR System: EPIC

• Ventilators: Puritan Bennett 840

• Transport Vents: Hamilton, Enve

• BiPAP: V60s, V30s

• Patient Ratio: 1:1

🗓️ Scheduling, Floating, & Call

• Weekends: Every third weekend (Open to every weekend if preferred).

• On-Call: Minimal on-call / Call-back requirements.

• Holidays: Holiday rotation required.

• Floating: None (or as needed throughout the hospital campus).
