Charting System: Required, Epic
Travel Experience Required: No
Certifications: PharmD, RPh
EPIC Beacon is preferred
IV compounding experience is required
Compounding pharmacy work setting preferred

Intravenous preparation, Antibiotics*, Chemotherapy*, Compounding, IV Piggyback*, IV push Medications*, Sterile Technique*

Unit Details:
Float Required: Yes
Note: Floats to all Premier Health Infusion Centers
Pre-Approved Time Off: 2 Requests
Patient Age Groups: Adults

Job Overview:
Description: will be scheduled to cover all 5 Health Infusion Centers:
1. Greenville, OH. 7am-330pm
2. Troy, OH. 730am-4pm
3. Englewood, OH. 7am-330pm, 830pm-5pm
4. Centerville, OH. 7am-330pm, 9am-530pm
5. Middletown, OH. 8am-430pm
All locations are Monday-Friday! No weekends will be required!

RTO:
Request RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer. RTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion. Submittal email must include application and other certs are not needed if listed on the application.
