Number of Beds -14 LDRPs and 2 ORs
Number of Staff – 60
Type of staff:
Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) 1 charge RN, 2-3 LD RNs and 2-3 PP RNs
Night Shift – same as day shift
Patient Ratios – 1:1 to 1:2 max for LD and 3:1 for PP per AWHONN guidelines
Type of equipment – Beacon
EMR –CPN and Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum of 1-year current acute care Postpartum RN experience
BLS & NRP
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Labor & Delivery experience
Prior Meditech experience

Versions, C/Sections, vaginal assisted deliveries
