Schedule: Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 3 Shifts Per Week (36 Hours)

Position Overview
The Registered Nurse functions as a leader in the delivery of patient care using the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice.
The RN is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, directing and assisting support staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, promoting positive patient outcomes, and maintaining professional accountability.
Experience Requirements
Required
- Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse experience
Preferred
- Previous Telemetry and Med/Surg experience
- Specialty certification in a related clinical area
Education Requirements
Required
- Registered Nurse Diploma
Preferred
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

- Current RN License in State of Practice
- BLS (American Heart Association)

- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Monitor and manage telemetry patients
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care according to established standards
- Evaluate patient responses and modify care plans as needed

- Assess patient and family learning needs
- Provide education tailored to individual patient needs
- Advocate for patient safety and quality care
Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Delegate responsibilities appropriately
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Support efficient utilization of nursing resources
- Serve as a leader and partner within the healthcare team
