Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : All RN staff
Type of equipment : Ventilators, Alaris IV pumps, Client monitors
Documentation system: Meditech
Scheduling requirements: Self scheduling with manager oversight including 3-4 weekend shifts per schedule
Floating policy: All staff (including Travel RNs) are required to float as needed for critical staffing needs in Med-Surg or ED.
Patient Experience requirements: AIDET, BSSR (Bedside shift report), Press Ganey goals > 75%

Certifications: Chest Pain Center, Stroke Accredidation

Requested Skill Set:
Must have: ICU experience (> 2 years), Teamwork skills, New Grad RN support
Advanced skills needed: Ventilator, IV Drip titration, Arterial Line management
Procedures performed on unit: Intubation, Central Line insertions, Art Line insertions
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Dress Code: (Required uniform)
