Travel:MLT GENERALIST -2 MIDS -1 NIGHT
START ASAP - INCLUDE START DATE WITH SUBMISSION

SPLIT SHIFT- EVERY MONDAY NIGHTS- 6p-6a - MIDS 2 DAYS 11A-11P (UNSURE OF DAYS FOR MIDS)
NO CALL
NO FLOATING
NO BLOCK
NO 48 HOUR

MUST INCLUDE RTO AND START DATE WITH EVERY SUBMISSION
RTO BLACK OUT- HOLIDAYS ARE ROTATED

REQUIREMENTS:
MLT
Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, Serology, Microbiology, Chemistry
6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE
SCRUBS - Gray or Black
EMR - CERNER
