• Number of Staff –38
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift –Intensivist, RN, Desk Tech, RT, Dietary, Case Management
  • Night Shift - Intensivist, RN and RT
• Patient Ratios –2:1
• Type of equipment – General CR Monitoring
• EMR – Meditech / CPN

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital PICU RN experience
• BLS & PALS

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• CRRT Experience
• APHON
• Pediatric Teaching Hospital Experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• IV starts and blood draws
• TPT placements

Best personality Fit:

• Works well under pressure and in a teaching hospital
• Patient care experience is a priority
