Tell us about the unit(s):

· Number of Beds – 1 labs

· Number of Staff – 3-4 staff per procedure, plus anesthesia

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – 3-4. Mix of tech and RNs plus Supervisor

o Night Shift – none

· Patient Ratios – 1:1

· Type of equipment - Philips

· EMR -Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

 

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· Minimum 2 yrs experience

· Tech to have ARRT or RCES

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· 2 yrs experience scrubbing

· Monitor with Claris

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· Standard implant procedures. All EP ablation cases minus VT. Perform Watchman procedures High volume.

·

Best personality Fit:

· Very busy lab. Sense of urgency.

·

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.

· Scrub Color - Scrubs provided by hospital.

·

Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
