• Number of Staff – 64-70
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – one charge, one manager, 8-10 clinical RTs
  • Night Shift – one charge, 8-10 clinical RTs
• Patient Ratios – 10:1
• Type of equipment – Hamilton G5 and C1 ventilators.
• EMR - Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1-year current acute care RRT hospital experience
• BLS, ACLS and NRP

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• NICU/PEDS experience
• Level 1 Trauma experience

• Vent assessments
