o Day Shift – 1 supervisor on shift, 7-9 staff

o Night Shift – 1 supervisor on shift, 7-9 staff

· Patient Ratios – assignments are based on volume, not number of patients for RT—about 35-40 per shift

· Type of equipment – Client ventilators, V60 BiPAPs, Airvo HFNC

· EMR – Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· Adult respiratory experience in an acute care setting

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· Adult critical care experience/ICU, ED

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· Standard RT procedures (Nebulizers, CPT, arterial blood gasses, ventilator management, inhaled nitric oxide, bronchoscopy assistance, intubation assistance, transporting with mechanical ventilation within the hospital—for example to CT/MRI)

Best personality Fit:

· Someone who is able to easily collaborate with team members in the RT department as well as other disciplines in the hospital

Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.

· Scrub Color - Olive green tops/black pants
