Travel Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Technologist)
Location: 1000 Medical Center Boulevard, Lawrenceville, GA 30046
Duration: 12 Weeks
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Varied Schedule)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac Sonography (Echocardiography) experience
- AHA BLS (Required)
- One of the following Echocardiography credentials:
- RDCS – Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS)
- RCS – Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CCI)
- RCCS – Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer (CCI)
- Client – Advanced Cardiac Sonographer (CCI)
- One of the following Vascular credentials:
- RVT – Registered Vascular Technologist (ARDMS)
- RVS – Registered Vascular Specialist (CCI)
- RT(VS) – Registered Technologist, Vascular Sonography (ARRT)
Job Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive adult echocardiograms using ultrasound technology
- Evaluate cardiac anatomy, function, and blood flow
- Assist physicians with diagnostic cardiac imaging and interpretation
- Perform vascular ultrasound studies as needed
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure high-quality imaging standards
- Provide compassionate patient care while adhering to departmental protocols
