Tell us about the unit(s):

Number of Beds - 8

Number of Staff – 19

Shift for the Traveler – Days 0500-1700 3 shifts one week and 2 the next week

Type of staff:

o Day Shift – 1 Charge 1 RN

o Night Shift - 1 Charge 1 RN

Patient Ratios – 2/1 Labor patients 4/1 Couplets (mother/baby)

Type of equipment – Fetal monitors

EMR – Meditech. CPN

On Call Requirements – 1 Call shift a week with the potential for 2 calls on week with only 2 shifts

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend

Labor and Delivery experience

Nursery experience

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

C-Section experience

Deliveries and recovery

Newborn testing (CCHD, Newborn Metabolic Screening, Bilirubin, Hearing Screening)

Best personality Fit:

Hardworking, willing to ask questions, and help out coworkers as needed

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

ACLS

NRP

STABLE

CEFM or Awhonn fetal monitoring

Floating Area(s):

Occasionally as a sitter in Ed or Med/Surg

Dress Code :

Scrub Color/Attire - Hospital provides scrubs
