· Number of Beds - 23

· Number of Staff – 9

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – 6-7 RNs; 2 Aides

o Night Shift - 6-7 RNs; 2 Aides

· Patient Ratios – 4:1

· Type of equipment – Bedside monitors, End tidal 02 monitoring, high flow, chronic vents, Subdural drains

· EMR – Meditech

· Telemetry

· Step-down Experience

· Neuro experience

· Trauma Experience

· Team oriented

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· ACLS & BLS

· Preferred: NHISS and TNCC

Floating Area(s):

· All inpatient units including ICU, ED

Dress Code :

· Scrub Color/Attire - No specific color, professional

Weekends and On call:

· W/E every other; no on-call requirement
