Tell us about the unit(s):

· Number of Beds - 30

· Number of Staff – 49 FTE, 6 PRN, 2 Leadership

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – CNC-1, RNs – Based on volume forecast (7-10), 2PCT/EMT, 1 US

o Night Shift – CNC-1, RNs- based on volume forecast (7-10) 1 PCT/EMT, 1 US

· Patient Ratios – 1-5 at the most ( acuity dependent)

· Type of equipment – Advanced monitors, defibrillators, ultrasound, and EKG machines

· EMR – Meditech- moving to Expanse on 8/13/26

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· Advance critical thinking and skills

· Extensive experience with trauma, STEMI, Stroke and Sepsis

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· Adult and pediatric ED experience

· Completed certifications aligned under HCA Nurse Contract and Pool

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· Thoracotomy

· Arterial lines and MTP

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· ENPC, TNCC, ACLS, PALS, BLS, CPI with TIC, (NRP and STABLE is a plus)

Floating Area(s):

· Two Free Standing ED if needed

Dress Code :

· Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue scrubs and follow Dress Code Policy
