o Day Shift – 1 charge, 5 nurses (RN or LVN), 2 PCTs, 1 HUC

o Night Shift - 1 charge, 5 nurses (RN or LVN), 2 PCTs

· Patient Ratios – 4-5:1

· Type of equipment -

· EMR - Meditech
