Unit Specifics:

· Number of Beds: 24

· Patient Ratios: 1:5, 1:6 max

· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): 1 unit secretary on days, 2 techs days/nights

· Type of equipment: Client, Pyxis, Welch Allyn

· Documentation system: Meditech

· Scheduling special requirements: Every other weekend required

· Floating policy: TBD based on house needs

Hospital Specifics-

· Certifications: BLS

Hiring profile

Years of Experience Required: Minimum 2 years med/surg or ortho required, experience in post-operative care and trauma preferred

Requested Skill Set: Post-op care management with multidisciplinary team

Must have : RN license

Advanced skills needed:

Procedures performed on unit:

Certifications Required: ACLS/BLS

Dress Code : (Required uniform)

· Royal Blue scrubs. Black, white or royal blue jackets allowed
